About
Terry Franks
Owner / Manager

Terry is no stranger to the music business, the son of a pastor he grew up singing and playing music with his family and has been a part of many groups over the years traveling singing and recording music. In 2000 Mark Balltzglier approached Terry about the idea of a state of the art studio in Warner Robins, Ga and after much planning and praying Heritage Recording Studio was born.

As one of the owners of Heritage, Terry manages the day to day operation of the business as well as work a full time job away from Heritage. He also works with clients to answer any technical or financial questions about planning, royalties, duplication and design work on their projects.

Mark Balltzglier
Owner / House engineer / Producer

Mark Balltzglier began his music career at a very early age while traveling with his parents and siblings in full time Christian music ministry for over 15 years. Mark is one of the most talented engineers in the business and being a fine musician and vocalist himself, he understands the entire picture when it comes to producing a great recording. Mark takes great pride in his work when it comes to engineering and producing and will go the extra mile to make sure your project is the very best it can be. Mark also is a consultant for live sound equipment and also teaches live sound engineering when his schedule will allow. You can also hear some of his work if you get a chance to go hear LordSong or Mark Lowry in concert; he runs the live sound for their tour dates. Please call the studio and talk to Mark or send him an email to discuss your next project.

Amber Franks
Amber is the office manager at Heritage when she's not on the road singing with LordSong.

Amber, who hails from Warner Robins, Georgia, sings alto and soprano for the group LordSong. She was born into a singing family and began singing herself at an early age. Amber sang in front of her first audience when she was six years old. At the age of 11, she began singing and recording with her dad and uncle, "The Franks" and continued until the age of 18. "I can't remember a time when singing wasn't my ultimate passion." The fact that Amber is still in her early twenties makes her a great role model for young people who want to serve the Lord with the talents He has given them. Amber firmly believes that when God calls you to do His work, He equips you and anoints you.

Immediately upon graduating from High School, God opened the door for Amber to travel and sing professionally when she began singing with The Ruppes in 2000. She was honored to be a part of their ministry for a year and a half. During that time, she became friends with Kim and Michael. In May 2002, God opened yet another door for ministry when Amber became a member of LordSong.

Amber also produces projects at Heritage and is available to do background vocals and vocal arranging on projects.
